A lovely south-west facing 4th floor apartment, one double one twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge area, and kitchen/ lounge - salle de Sejour with TV and video player dishwasher and washing machine, shower room - separate WC, high ceilings, big windows, great views.

The elegant Helios building is in the very centre of Bareges with easy access both to ski slopes and the footpath network. Originally constructed in the C19th as a hotel by the Rothschild family it was recently converted into apartments of grand standing. Bareges is a delightful Napoleonic spa village with the largest ski area in the Pyrenees, lying on the fringe of the National Park in an area of outstanding natural beauty it is also the ideal summer base for exploring.

Upon arrival you will receive our welcome pack a comprehensive package of local information which includes walking routes, cycling routes, wildlife information, the best birdwatching spots, places to visit, useful local info (markets, restaurants) etc. Summer visitors can join in with any of our organised activities guided walks, transport drops subject to space there is a, swimming pool in the same complex for a small charge, open July and August.

We base the importance of making your stay a memorable and enjoyable in Bareges. Household linen and bedding supplied, the apartment is ready upon arrival including, basic food items milk, tea, coffee, bread, biscuits, Jam, small selection of seasonal fruit washing up liquid & a bottle of wine to welcome you.

Ski store on ground floor, 50 yards from ski-bus, public car park close by. Winter only lift passes can be pre-ordered, ski school pre-booked and ski hire can be organised as required.
